Project Description

Klen Fit is a fashion focused eCommerce mobile app designed to make online shopping effortless and stylish. The app allows users to browse and purchase a wide range of fashion items including clothes, shoes, bags, wristwatches, and more all from the comfort of their mobile device.

The goal was to create an experience that feels modern, intuitive, and tailored to users who care about fashion and convenience. From seamless product discovery to secure checkout, Klen Fit was built to make shopping feel smooth, enjoyable, and hassle free.

Problem Statement

Online fashion shopping in many parts of the market still feels clunky, overwhelming, or unreliable. Users often struggle with poor product organization, slow checkout experiences, and lack of trust in what they’re buying. For mobile users especially, the process can feel tedious and disconnected from the stylish, smooth experience they expect.

This category details the step by step approach taken during the project, including research, planning, design, testing, and optimization phases.

Research & Planning

To understand users needs, I conducted surveys and casual interviews with online fashion shoppers. The goal was to uncover pain points with existing eCommerce platforms including confusing navigation, lack of payment flexibility, and trust issues around product quality. I used these insights to define a primary persona



Design & Prototyping

Based on the research, I created user flows for key actions like browsing products, managing the wallet, and completing purchases, including the pay on delivery option. I then designed low fidelity wireframes to map out a smooth user journey. Once the flow was clear, I moved into high fidelity designs in Figma, using a clean and modern aesthetic.

Testing & Iteration

A clickable prototype was shared with users for feedback. Usability testing revealed areas to improve. I refined those flows, polished the visuals, and ensured consistency across all screens, resulting in a final design that balances style, clarity, and usability.

The app features an interface with clear categories, fast product filtering, and smooth transitions between pages. A minimalist design ensures that users can focus on what matters most, discovering and purchasing fashion items without distractions.

Flexible Payment Options

To accommodate varying user preferences, the app includes both traditional payment methods and a pay on delivery option. The wallet feature allows users to top up funds, making it easier to track and manage payments. This flexibility increases trust and convenience.

Personalized User Journey

Personalization is key, the app suggests products based on browsing history and preferences, enhancing the shopping experience.

The final design of the app successfully addresses the key user pain points and delivers an enhanced shopping experience.

Usability testing revealed high satisfaction with the app’s look and feel. Users particularly appreciated the flexibility of payment methods, which increased trust in the platform. The smart recommendations were also highlighted, making shopping easier and more personalized.
